Opening Statement:
Would America be better off with Trump defeating Biden in the November election? That is the issue before the American people as they vote in the fall. Given Trump’s unprecedented spending spree during his presidency, it is clear he is not a fiscal conservative. He also is in favor of easy money, having criticised Federal Reserve chairman Jerome Powell for raising interest rates in 2019. He is in favor of higher tariffs, which is anti-consumer. Trump also claims he is an unapologetic supporter of robust military spending. In short, Trump is cut from the same cloth of other presidents and thus will not abolish the welfare-warfare state.
In one sentence: Murray does not recommend any candidate for president at this time.
Murray’s Bio:
Murray Sabrin, PhD, is emeritus professor of finance, Ramapo College of New Jersey. Dr. Sabrin is considered a “public intellectual” for writing about the economy in scholarly and popular publications. He is the author of The Finance of Health Care: Wellness and Innovative Approaches to Employee Medical Insurance (Business Expert Press, Oct. 24, 2022), and his other BEP publication, Navigating the Boom/Bust Cycle: An Entrepreneur’s Survival Guide (October 2021), provides decision makers with tools needed to help manage their businesses during the inexecrable business cycle. Sabrin’s autobiography, From Immigrant to Public Intellectual: An American Story, was published in November, 2022. His first book, Tax Free 2000: The Rebirth of American Liberty, outlines how to create a laissez faire economy in the 21st century. Sabrin was the 1997 New Jersey Libertarian Party candidate and was the first third party candidate to participate in the official debates with the two major party candidates. Opening Statement:
Biden and Co. are doing great harm to America on many levels…some of it is irreversible. Trump is the only realistic firewall for America in the dangerous year of 2024. If pro-America Trump doesn’t win, then the Anti-America Hard Left wins…and Americans of all stripes…including conservatives, liberals, libertarians, moderates, and centrists will see themselves and their loved ones and communities experience a drastic loss of freedom and prosperity with Biden and the left in an unbridled 2nd term. Poverty, crime, corruption, taxes, social and economic suffering will increase. American freedom and prosperity will fall dramatically. In this debate, find out why any vote other than Trump will aid America’s enemies and destroyers. With Trump, America will survive and even thrive…with a Biden victory, America descends into leftist hell…the same path as scores of nations before us than don’t resist tyranny and hard-left destructive policies.
